Technical rider

A technical rider is a document that outlines the technical requirements for a live performance. It includes information about the performance space, the necessary equipment, and the technical specifications for the performance. The rider usually includes information about the power requirements for the equipment, the type and size of the stage, and the type of audio system required. It also contains information about the number of monitors, amplifiers, and other audio equipment that will be needed. If a band is playing in a venue with a sound system, the technical rider will also specify the type of system and the settings that need to be used. Additionally, the rider will list the types of cables and connectors needed for setting up the sound system. Lastly, the rider will list out any additional production requirements such as lighting, video, and pyrotechnics.

Hospitality rider

A hospitality rider is a document that outlines the requirements for hospitality and catering for a live performance. It includes information about the type of food and beverages that will be provided for the performers and crew, as well as any special dietary requirements. It also outlines the type of accommodations that will be provided, such as hotel rooms or other lodging, and the transportation arrangements for the performers and crew to and from the venue. Additionally, the rider will list out the amenities that will be provided, such as access to a gym or spa, or any other amenities that are requested by the performers. Lastly, the rider will list out any additional requirements such as security or medical personnel that may be needed.
